I just got wind of a rumor that Ken Zaretski wants to sue me for something he didn't read on Fornits. He couldn't have read it, that would be absurd, because we all know Ken doesn't read this forum, right?

Anybody know if that's true, that he's planning on filing suit? Anyone know why in the world he wouldn't call, write, PM, IM or send a postcard or something if he had a problem with me?

This forum, its contributors, and the ongoing bullshit that is posted is a sorry example of how feeble immature minds can congregate and mingle among each other for a worthless cause.

Ginger is the proud leader of this neanderthal culture. Unfortunately, too many people believe the "freedom of speech" removes accountability for what you say...wrong.

I hope Ken makes your life miserable Ginger, for one reason. Maybe those who participate here (especially the annon) will wake up and discover you are leading them further and further from the closure they seek by providing a purely useless (and often slanderous/libelous) outlet for some legitimate issues.

Did someone forget that Elan and other functioning TC's are businesses which have every legal right to file suit against individuals and entities who voice maliscous misinformnation in an effort to cause harm to that business? I'm confident I will get no arguement when I say the shit is quite thick in here. To fantastic levels even.
Its pretty black and white, but I am sure Ginger and her band of foul mouthed followers will waste no time disecting the post and reducing it yet again to an "I'm right youre wrong" observation.

And no...I am not Ken Z, or anyone else you think may lend reason to my opinions. Just a "survivor" living a normal life in the Northwest. Struggling more with post-elan idiots than the memory of Elan for sure! So glad I can shut you all off.

Every month or so, someone pops up on the Elan boards saying lawsuit this and legal action that.  To date, since 1999, when the first Elan site went up, nobody has ever sued anyone for ANYTHING.  That goes for Elan or its "survivors/alumni."

Bottom line: Bunch of talk.  If you're gonna sue, don't talk; just do it.
