the parents are innocent, staff is the people actually hands on kids abusing them. they should all be arrested!

I think that the story of each student has to be told and sent to one of the various webpages on the watch-organizations:

www.isaccorp.org
www.nospank.net
www.heal-online.org

If they have no space for it, then create a blogspoot and write it there. Give the page keywords so it appear if a parents search for the place.

You could also inform persons like me. I run a wikipedia like webpage specially for these places. If you like I can return a txtfile to you with the findings I have so you can upload it on wikipedia where it would stay for while until one of the staff-members or programmed parents or children would try to alter it into their manipulated view of the world. Then you can call a dispute to buy time.

In the meantime it is copied to various websites like answers.com, who copy a lot of their stuff from wikipedia. So the story comes out and a parent who search for such a place get a more balanced view of the facility.

I personally favor word press myself, but a blog, no matter what the site, always works. Just look at Exit Plan's blog. Extremely well done and very informative.

Yes, EP's blog is extremely well done - but then again - this is someone who did not and would not sell his soul - nor find any twisted pleasure in making light of the suffering of others.
