listen art , or whomever you are...you need to calm down and do this the smart way. if you dont wish to participate in something real...then keep spouting filth and silliness. no one listens to people who yell and make no sense whatsoever. i know what you all endured and i fully understand your anger. im with you. i sent my son there and ill have to live with that for the rest of my life. most importantly you all need to "get over it", before you can coherently make a stand. be smart. mouthing off never works..just makes you look dumb. You have legitimate issues. Whether or not the statute of limitations has expired is an issue. It may also be reversed and reopened...but this is 'advanced law' and not for dilletantes. Just cool your jets and let the people who are familiar with this sort of thing take a deep look.

NO NAMES on this board, please. save it for that private address. no one else but the principals will have access- so its confidential and safe and secure. let me also add...you need to have as much PROOF as you can. Tapes, photos, affadavits, videos etc. Witnesses to an event, should be able to tell it the way they remember it and cite the names of other witnesses. Corroboration is key. Without it...we're just pissing in the wind. If you come forward you may be asked to give a deposition on camera...this is a legally binding gig..so you cannot lie. Truth is what matters and nothing but the truth.
You guys need to get together...you are all brothers/sisters in this..fighting amongst yourselves is not the way to go. Unity is called for. Put aside your past impressions..many tried to get tossed out by misbehaving really really badly...didnt work, did it? you have no idea what you are up against here. This school has their asses covered...a legal battle may not work. Others have tried and failed. Im thinking about the court of public opinion...get my drift? ART (not you, art) always wins in the end. Dont make things worse by acting like idiot children. Be supportive..if you have something to add thats constructive, we want to hear it. If not...shut the fuck up.
