Quote from: "dragonfly"
Company Overview
Skilled Services Corporation provides construction trades staffing services. It offers form/frame and finish trim carpenters, carpenter's helpers, plumbers, drywall metal framers, drywall finishers and hangers, HVAC, apprentices, painters, welders, electricians, concrete finishers, block masons/tenders, rod busters, and glaziers.

Not to be insensitive, but I wonder how many illegal immigrants work for Sembler?
How many lawyers?
How many accountants?

Just as a matter of reference and perspective, Robert Lichfield, the mogul of the teen help/hurt industry these days, had at one point over 930 separate business entities registered to the same office address there in St. George UTAH. He's thick as thieves with that Mitt Romney dude who's most likely thick as thieves with Sembler, so who knows, lots of $$$ and power to throw around, that's for sure. Digiorno or Domino's?  :roflmao:

sembler aviaiton, is done as a "lease back" oganisation, simply  a tax dodge, but completely legal thin to keep use of aircraft, but only pay corprate tax,not the same tax as if one owned it as an individual.you can write your own use off as a loss. Jimmy buffett, does the same thing,as does warner bros, or most major sports teams. I was a transit cop. This is how I know.Yes ,its a dodge, but yes its totally legal. The rest I cannot speak for. :nods:
