What Happen to HURON?

I am curious about all of the posts that were being made in reference to the HURON law firm.  They seemed to have disappeared or stopped when the PUREsts disappeared or stopped posting?  Was it only the PUREst who had any involvment with HURON?

Not as I understand it. Word is that they're almost ready to file. I don't know who is and who is not party to the suit. But, even if ppl affiliated with PURE are party (and it seems almost impossible that they're not), it doesn't really matter. What matters is the content of the complaint and how successful Huron is at representing their clients.

Note that there haven't been any pro WWASP posts here, there or anywhere that I can find in a number of days. Seems to me they don't want to talk about it.

We'll just have to wait and see. Regardless of whether or not PURE ppl are party, I hope Huron does an excellent job of making what goes on in WWASP programs a permanent part of the public record. I hope they do half the job Phil Elberg did at demonstrating to the court and to the jury the psychological coercion that goes on. PURE and anyone else who's not quite figured it out yet will then have to deal with the fact that this is industry wide, not just one bad apple.

I believe it was PURE who was posting all of those threads associated with HURON.  I don't think it was Pro WWASPer's.  Why would pro WWASPers want to tell everyone that the HURON group was going to be filing suit against them.  Seems to me that it is the PUREst who have stopped talking about it.

I could be wrong, but I thought some of those taunting posts asking for proof of a suit came from WWASPies.

Care for my opinion on what's going on here? Now, I don't know this for fact. There's no way I could know. But it seems to me asif, long ago, you, Carey, thought it perfectly reasonable to verify for yourself that WWASP and Woodbury had all the info on Dundee and a fair chance to respond, rather than taking anyone's word for it. From your point of view at the time, that seemed perfectly reasonable to me, too. I figured you'd figure it out and it seems you have, with no problem.

Some people have interpreted that to mean that you're somehow in colusion with WWASP.

Meanwhile, the PURE ppl seem to be caught up in a bad case of higher purpose, complete with a strong "us against them" mentality. Anyone critical of PURE or of anyone affiliated with PURE must, by definition, be working in the employ of WWASP.

WWASPies want to interpret this to mean that PURE ppl and other parties to the Huron suit are unreliable and nothing that they say is to be believed. That's the beauty of our legal system. when done right, it's based on facts and evidence, not anyone's personal opinion of any party involved.

So, in the end, hopefully WWASP will get more exposure than they can handle and PURE may one day be left to finally answer my question; how is what they do any different from what WWASP does?

Well Ginger, I don't know who all of the parties are that are plantiffs in the law suit.  However, if they are all associated or if they have all come together through the avenues of PURE, then I myself will doubt what they bring to the table.
