Drastic solution for parents with GFG's

Some parents call their at-risk children GFG (Gift from God) and as father of two children who have different opinions than me since the learned to talk, sometime I wonder whether my home is the right environment for them and of course there are options, but I did just read about a solution I found too harsh:
