Ridge Creek "School" - Trouble Retaining Professional Staff?

Mr. Donald Mull was "welcomed" as the Director of Academics at RCS, which was announced on "Woodbury Reports/Struggling Teens" August 2010. Did Mr. Mull exit his post as RCS is hiring a new Director of Academics.

It has been posted at various times in 2010 student to staff as 10:1, 9:1, and 1:1.

DHS reports indicated it is as low as 29:1 (when the boy got his head kicked in).

It is reported that even Chris Grimwood has left/is leaving RCS. We'll have to wait and see what happens/happened. Did he just not get paid? Did he grow a conscience? Did he develop morals? Details are appreciated.
