Huh. Go figure.  He's actually got a tiny smidgeon of common sense.

I don't completely agree with his reasoning though. Don't get me wrong, I'm 100 percent behind legalizing marijuana, But I don't beleve it's costing the govt. much. People that get pinched with small amounts of pot, wind up paying fines, court costs, And probation fees that in this state can reach hundreds of dollars a month.Small time pot busts are a cottage buisness. Like speed traps. The laws are not about public safety,but to generate revenue.
