We have one and I am a block captain. The only problem is that some retires tear spy on neighbours and complain incessantly about everything. At monthly meetings, I hear about what is happening in other neighbourhoods like mine and what the police do about it. We get a better police presence by having personal contact with their neighbourhood police officer.
