Direct Action?

(1/1)

Anonymous:
Can anyone legally explain a Direct Actoin vs a Class Actoin?  Is this why everyone is potential plaintiffs rather then a plaintiff in a class? Any lawyers here that can explain this?

Anonymous:
I have tried to look this up and I am totally confused. I hope someone can help us understand.

This is still a open question.  Is ther anyone that can find out what exactly it means?

Anonymous:
A class action law suit is a law suit that has a few thousand plaintiffs for example, but a direct action law suit has much less plaintiffs that they choose to use there case. A direct action law suit can also make alot more money because its not split up in thousands of ways. The reason why The Huron Law Firm has decided to take a direct action law suit will be more effective in shutting down these WWWASP child abusers.

Thank you Huron for this Direct Action and thank you Anon for finally explaining it. Shutting them down is the only way to go. I know the lawyers care about the money, but many of us don't, we want the abuse and fraud to stop.
