This will take a new Senator in Washington, like Richard Bloomingthal from CT, this new gal from Delaware who used to believe in black magic, kind of corny but she could be impressed with this subject. We are pleased that the ongoing legal dispute between Mount Bachelor Academy (MBA) and the State of Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) has finally been satisfactorily resolved. The DHS has agreed to withdraw or modify all of its actions against MBA and MBA’s former director. The DHS’ withdrawal of its order suspending MBA’s license supports our position that they did not have justification for that order in the first place. The DHS has acknowledged with this settlement that in fact there was additional evidence no abuse had occurred.
As we have repeatedly stated throughout this process, our fundamental disagreements with the DHS' original allegations and consequent actions were strong and deep. We had collected abundant evidence that disproved those allegations, particularly the most egregious ones.

OK, now we're getting somewhere. You just reported the opinion of an Aspen principal, but them embellished it all sorts of ways without facts into "DHS admitted there was no abuse" (paraphrasing) when no such thing was ever written or stated.
Thanks for admitting that all you posted before was factless and made up. It's important not to let our financial ties cloud our vision on the facts. Trying to mislead people doesn't help your agenda. If your argument can't be proven with facts, it's best not to make things up like you were doing because you get exposed in about a nanosecond.
So, let's get this straight finally: DHS never said anything about "no abuse occurring" and in fact stood by their intial investigation. Some charges were dropped (we don't know which ones, although you said they were "serious" without any evidence to support that) and some were modified, either to lower charges or higher charges, we don't know (although you misleadingly and falsely claimed they were serious charges that were reduced before).
The main problem I see with Fornits is that people like this poster tend to just make up their own "pro-program facts" about proven abusive facilities like MBA which has now been forced to close twice by authorities for abusing kids. These few bad apples shouldn't be allowed to taint the barrel here with all of these unsubstantiated claims about programs to which they have financial ties. It's dishonest and reflects badly on those posters.
At least we have cleaned up the misleading untruths from this poster's previous false claims about DHS for which s/he provided absolutely no facts and presented his/her fanciful opinion as "fact," but which was proven to be false by his/her own admission.

No, I don't. There were many Straights in different states. "Straight National" had their building on the same piece of property that the Florida Gandy building was. Why do you think it's any different? It's not like it was some tiny place that no one knew about. Hell, Nancy Reagan and Princess Di visited us as a "model" for drug treatment. Nancy twice.
