Have a sister who was savagely attacked and a cousin who was killed by a rapist, this never seems to correct itself.

There were many young women in Elan who were there for misbehaving due to trauma from rapes. Most of these rapes were incestuous and within the neighborhood they were living.
To make matters worse Elan would admit a known molester/rapist to live in the same house as victims. So we had the probability of the resident being victimized again. I witnessed one young women almost go out of her mind knowing a molester could sit down right next to her during group/house meeting and there was nothing she could do about it.
This one particular person (Male Sodomite) is now doing life for raping and killing a women.
