Info on the Turley Law Groups lawsuit against WWASPS, JOIN!
« on: March 17, 2010, 02:25:10 PM »
First of all I'd like to thank Chelsea Filer, who introduced me to this forum. My name is James Z and I went to Casa by the sea for a year of my young life.

Honestly, didn't care for it...

On to more important matters.

I'm not sure what the level of awareness is on this forum but there is a law group out there right now who are fighting tooth and nail for us.

I quickly scanned a board or two and I noticed people talking about how a lot of us are still totally ignorant about what these programs actually were. I'm here to remedy that and hopefully get a few people motivated to DO something about it. Especially considering the fact that the same things we went through are STILL HAPPENING to this day.

Things have begun to move with the lawsuit now, but there may still be time to hop on board, make yourself heard, and maybe, just maybe get some justice for the experiences we went through. It's as simple as sending The law group an e-mail and filling out an online form.

If you want to learn how the programs we went to operated take the time to read Turley's legal complaint... It spells out everything. Trust me, It's a very compelling read.

To read the complaint-

Go to wturley.com then click recent filings on the left, find the wwasp legal complaint and read away. Just make sure you've got adobe upgraded since it is a pdf.

If you never knew exactly how the Lichfields managed to run the kinds of shady programs that we went to and how much money they were actually making off of us your going to be very shocked, and if you're like me a bit angry as well.

It's actually pretty vindicating to see everything you've went through, and all the abuses that we suffered through put to paper in a legal document... WWASPS must be shaking in there boots...

Post your questions if ya got em, I'm always glad to talk (or argue  :beat: ) or share whatever info I have.

James Z

Welcome James...

Glad to see you so motivated after all these years, its quite commendable.

just fyi, we do have a considerable amount of industry trolls here from time to time, so you may want to reconsider using your real name...

Wendell Turley is a Dallas attorney who has handled high-profile religious-abuse cases (involving the Catholic Diocese of Dallas and ISKCON, particularly), and who has won millions in compensation for child-abuse survivors.

He damn near bankrupted the Texas Krishnas and the Catholic Diocese of Dallas.  Big-time.

I grew up less than a mile away from his offices.
