You do not put children behind bars with adults. They do not have the mental capacity to know how to protect themselves against the adults that will exploit them. In truth some crimes children do need punishment, however they need to remain in children facility. I say seperate them more according to age groups. Like for example the early teens with only early teens, and etc.... This boy should of never been around adults at all, now they just made his life worse, he will carry that rape forever in his heart. To a man it is the most humilative act they can ever experience. It not only effects them mentally but physically. It is discusting how youth is not appreciated in our society.
According to the above article, Rodney Hulin Jr. hanged himself. According to
another article, he lay in a coma for four months before he died. His life can no longer be worsened.
