Hey Psy, can we ban Whooter yet?

Keeping the site up was the original idea behind the whole "hands off" philosophy. Now that we've finally, utterly determined that THAT philosophy doesn't work, can we fucking permban Whooter and his various alts yet?

And yes, everyone knows Art Warchawsky the Elanfag took the site down. You royally suck at keeping secrets. No, I'm not going to raid him, he's already completely batshit insane, exactly what would I do to him?
