I wouldn't quite say that's true.  Authorities would have to subpoena a person's identity.  Even if you were to give your full name and number here it still would not be evidence.  They would still have to prove it's you and that you were telling the truth about whatever you claimed you did.  Furthermore, I can't see anything being held against anybody in court.  Ask a lawyer about "heresay" evidence and you'll get a much more thorough explanation.

But anyway.  Can you guys please move this to another thread?
