lol.. thats.. wow.. holy shit! I collect chick tracts and I dont think Ive ever seen one with such an uh, overtly violent message. Maybe violent isnt the right word.. im not sure... never mind.
Anyway, I absolutely adore Chick's stuff. I believe that's his work for the comic you linked to. (The other staff artists' artwork are more on the realistic side.) His art definitely has its own appeal, and I've always found it delightful.
I'm assuming this is recent work. Good to know he's still drawing!
