gosh, what a bunch of hogwash has been going on for months about Bob - at least get your facts straight folks. Charlie Ballard WAS Sharon's father - he died of Parkinsons/Alzheimers 5 months ago - Charles Ballard is Sharon's brother who is a land developer and he and some others bought a portion of the property to develop and build homes, etc.
Believe me, I DO know what's going on and it's a shame that so many untruths have been posted these past months.

Why was there a strange money dealing with land and bankruptcy court $797,000 total, to being sold to Sharon?s Gluhareffs brother for $10, or is this also not true?
You can see why there is questions? regarding this matter considering Bob owes clients parents hundreds of thousands of dollars and is claiming that he is ?unable? to repay them. And he has been seen bragging how he was able to manage to keep the land.
It is a shame that there have been untruths printed about this whole situation, but the real shame lies on Bob Gluhareff, for continuing to be arrogant, stubborn, and unwilling to repent for sins committed. The people posting on this and other websites complaining of Bobs misdeeds are not out to get him, but quit the contrary, They (WE) have been hurt and taken advantage of personally by him so we write not out of hate but out of pain. We need to express our pain for ourselves and our children and in doing so warn others so they do not get hurt in the same way.
If you are personally involved with Mr. Gluhareff then in your heart you know I am speaking the truth and you have seen him hurt the people he claims to want to help. Every time through the years (been sued 4 times fraud+ sexual misconduct that I know about) He will aggressively try to intimidate the victim with litigation (suing them+any friends family) Then claim to the world that he is the one being victimized. People that continually hurt others create patterns of abuse and in this case the patterns are clear. If you chose to blindly believe that Bob is the victim and do nothing to help those he has devastated then you are equally responsible, and will answer for that in this life or the next. At some point you have to ask the critical questions that lead to the truth. Why are all these people ?lying? about Bob? What do they stand to gain? What is the truth? Why does this continually happen to bob through out the years?
At some point you will see the answer Robert Surge Gluhareff is an abusive man that society needs to be protected from.
