He has opened another "counseling" office on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh. Where did he get the money to start it if he was going BK and couldn't afford to give the parents back their money? Fishy - don't you think? It all went down at the same time. We saw him with loads of cash he carried around in a bag. He had a private stash!!

I am a former patient/employee of Wellspring from 1995-1996. I just found out through a collection agency that someone from Wellspring took out a corporate cell phone account using my social security number. The account was opened on July 19, 2001 and ended in February 2004. Now my credit is flagged, and I'm trying to close on a home loan within the month. Has this happened to anyone else? If not, it may in the future. Be vigilent and check your credit report often. I am livid and in a rage over this. I had put that part of my life behind me for 8 years now until yesterday. This fraud is being investigated, and I will not rest until a prosecution is made. Did they really think they would get away with this and that I wouldn't find out eventually?
