I voted yes, I don't really have any issue with aligning ourselves as program victims with other victims. As long as we align with other victims, it doesn't matter who we align ourselves with, as long as we are seen as victims. If we are seen as having any part of being put in a program, or that we might have deserved or even needed treatment people will begin to wonder if we aren't just a bunch of whining spoiled brats with more talk than sense.
