These days it's sometimes c-4, mostly semtex, sometimes gun-cotton.( semtex is problematic, as it's often radio-tagged, c- 4 is old and of uncertain provenance, and gun=cotton while easy and cheap, is sometimes cheaply processed, and unpredictable in effect, kind of unstable, not very reliable. a constitutionalist is someone that adheres to the original constitution of the u.s.

free speech means -- free speech. you CAN shout fire in a crowded theatre.
congress makes money -- NOT a private cartel. and its gold and silver. not paper.
just go down the list. it all becomes very obvious.

so, by "constitutionalist", you probably mean "originalist".. as to shouting fire in a crowded theatre, I may assume you recognize that free speech is entirely dependent on one's personal responseibility for the consequence of that speech, and furthermore, how, exactly does Congress "make money" they don't.. the government makes currency, not money. currency is simply a common standard for the representation of wealth, not wealth itself. it facilitates the transfer of wealth, thus regulating commerce. government also has a vested interest in inflation, so perhaps economics might be of interest to you, for purposes of clarification. We can not make sound political decisions in this country, because we lack an accurate economic model. ie; is a welfare mother a federal employee? answer.. yes she is. see my point? J.O.M.
