Kids deserved to get totured in programs

Program staff have every right to beat and torture children in programs.  It is an effective short term tool that works for emotionally disturbed teens.

Abuse and torture is  the only way to control troubled teenagers,

I think illegals from Mexico should be tortured.  It would solve allot of problems.
