Any info about a boot camp styled program named The Manageable Lifestyle Center?

Terrell's Renaissance Club to honor three county residents (The Kaufman Herald, November 6 - 2009

Quote
His organized effort in this area began in 2002 at the Southside Community Center when he developed a boot camp-style program for children who had gotten into trouble. The program was voluntary for the children and their parents and was laced with tough love in an effort to turn around the lives of program participants. Eventually, this effort led Gardner to establish and owner-operate The Manageable Lifestyle Center, Inc. in 2004.

We have been unable to locate additional information about this place.

Not much they're still setting up shop.
They are asking for air mattresses and military uniforms to be donated from the public and for funding from the county.
