Those employed in this position are expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and independent decision making in frequent association with staff and residents of the program. High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. Three years of directly related professional experience including at least two years as a residential group counselor and experience in planning and scheduling.
