Oh, it's just a few pertinent points. It's almost impossible to wrap your brain around the whole of it in one post. Even the thread I started on Bennis is but a brush of the surface (but it'll give you an idea). He was deeply involved with National Training Labs in the 1950s and early 1960s. At that time there was somewhat of a think-tank-like axis between MIT, Boston University, and Harvard University as far as this emerging field of Organizational Development was concerned. Incidentally, Joe Gauld of Hyde School attended Boston University right during that very same time period.
