I have threatened their existance because I have reminded them that I did not sign anything and therefore can sue them becuase I did not sign a waiver.

Do I have something to gain from this, yes peace of mind in regard to the well-being of my boys. But more important than that, is their peace of mind.
How can you even compare me to the rest of the people on the bbs. I want the truth told.

I have just learned that Carey has sent an e-mail to Dena and is leaking information. The e-mail was nasty carey style.

I did receive support from the listserv. But that was only as long as I bought what I was being told hook, line and sinker. However, when I started questioning or challenging some of what was going on with the listserv, well then, boy did that change.
Are ya scared? Bet your ass you are. When you lie, bad things happen, you have to pay the consequences.

Did you pull your boys from Dundee Ranch in Costa Rica because of what they told you about it, making it sound a lot worse than it was? I've been reading both here and on the voy site, and get that they didn't beat kids. Dundee was/is a Behavior Modification program and is meant for the more serious "behaviorally challenged" teens. From what I've read of your boys, another wwasp program would have been more well suited. I get that they are not all the same. I also realize that your ex made this decision for Dundee.

I found an article in the news about WWASP that had Tom Burton's name in it. My attorney contacted Burton and was given Sue's name, number and email address by him. I contacted her. She would not talk to me at first. She had others on her list talk to me, I guess to kinda feel me out, see if I was for real.

I was not at all comfortable with the fact that first, it was a program out of the country and second, Dundee was very uncooperative with giving me the information I was seeking about the program and its staff. Sue, and others, did make it worse than it was by bloating the truth. You see, I was frightened anyway, and I think they played upon those fears, feeding me with horror stories.

I was not there, so all I have to go on is what my boys tell me. They say they never witnessed any beatings, however they did see kids being restrained.

I don't know about that. I could not and would not agree to the communication, or lack there of, that the WWASP programs insist upon between parent and child. Also, I don't want to be cut off from my children, I want to be invovled in and informed of the day to day care and treatment of my children.

That is correct. We had joint custody. When he signed that contract between him and Dundee, he was basically signing over his parental rights to the staff at the program. The problem is, he did not have a right to sign over mine.
