I hear and read from time to time about people that want to sue Elan for abuse.How would one go about that? Espeicially after all these years?

And what damages can you go after to achieve this lawsuit?

Theres a site called http://www.bigclassaction.com a few of us have tryed there other wise I have tryed emailing lawyers on the net with no reponse guess it would take alot but I wont give up not yet!

your probably right paul. i dont see elan forkin over any money now that joe is dead. you cant bleed a stone, but you canturn it into sand. i just want elan to close. and with a total pop of 60 it looks like it may happen soon. this comming weekend i am gonna drive through elan, probably friday and saturday, see whats goin on.
