coral island academy welfare check

Hi everyone
There is a tsunami hitting western samoa and some parts of FIgi right now. Coral island academy otherwise known just as "the academy" is located in Figi. US citizens in particular may wish to call or email the american consulate to request a welfare check to ensure that if need be the kids are moved to safety. Phone lines may be down for  bit so try email as well

I have an email from the US consulate saying there are no American teens at Coral Island academy.

I haven't see the news yet - been tied up all day - but I sure hope it wasn't a bad wave. These things are much more frightening since the "Christmas Tsunami".

Did you guys know about a movie out called Boot Camp - about a troubled teen camp on the Island of Figi? I just ran across it looking for something to rent tonight. Don't know if it will be any good but the subject matter was to compelling to pass by. Anybody heard of it?
