If you watch the GAO hearing on "Cases of child neglect and abuse in Private Residential Treatment Facilities" here, http://edwork.edgeboss.net/wmedia/edwor ... 101007.asx there comes a point when one of the senators asks the chief forensic investigator, Greg Kutz, how it is possible that none of the 8 in program deaths the committee investigated were investigated as murders. It's pretty obvious to those of us who have been there. And it's not just the programs. All kinds of fucked up shit happens to people in psyche wards, prisons, etc. How many death sentences have been overturned based on DNA evidence? And who would ever have believed those inmates without this irrefutable evidence?
This is what happens when people are scapegoated and held incommunicado for extended periods of time.
