Dr. Jim Pender has a Ph.D. in Educational Research and holds certificates in International Certified Clinical Addictions Counsellor (ICCAC), International Certified Alcohol & Drug Counsellor (ICADC) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP):

He has held senior human resources positions in the areas of Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employment Assistance.
Jim's doctoral thesis, Restless Hearts: The Search for an Experience of Spiritual Authenticity in the Lives of Five Seekers, is a fascinating exploration of the spiritual journey. Jim lives in Calgary, Canada.
