Yes and he's very frustrated by it. He went from "there has never been a suicide attempt" to HLA "went overboard" with life-flight. So TheWho thinks this girl should not have been medi-vac'ed and should have been left to die. Even with life-flight she's permanently brain damaged today. Nice guy, huh?

Thats awful, isnt it. But one point that we have to agree with thewho on is that HLA was very responible and open with the local authorites. The reports are very extensive and detailed.
On the previous note. No one (or thewho) should not blame Bruce or hold it against him for making up stories about HLA. The time there was very frustrating for him and sine HLA didnt do anything wrong the only means of retaliation is to make up stories to try to discredit them to other parents and readers. He is just a kid and I wouldnt hold that against him.

Bruce's allegations of abuse have already been substantiated by HLA staff, other kids and parents, In fact, HLA was forced to change their meal and labor practices because of these complaints. I thought you were an HLA "expert"? If so, you'd have known this already, asi ti is well documented here and with the ORS.
Incidentally, TheWho commenting about what is or isn't in the ORS reports is odd because he hasn't read them. How can TheWho draw his own conlusions without looking at any source material? Hmmm... And he's not just a kid, so we can't just say "give him a break" can we? As an adult and self-described "truth troller" how can TheWho be believed now when he already admitted he has never seen any reports of any kind? Sorry, Who, but you'll have to provide evidence of your claims.

TheWho isnt accusing HLA of anything. Bruce is, the burden of proof is on him. So far we havent seen any evidence in the ORS report to substantiate RobertBruces claim HLA tried to starve him to death or forced him into excessive physical labor or that HLA abused him. No one is calling him a liar, we are just waiting for proof from authorities, police report, ORS etc. All of it is documented except the claims that Bruce insists occured. So if he didnt make them up then where is the evidence?

It appears you already acknowledged and admitted it years ago along with an admission that you couldn't see any value in doing it. Just want to set the record straight that what you're demanding Robert produce now is something you already admitted to several years ago. So much for "honest dialogue" huh, Whooter. Maybe you should read your own posts before you call Robert a liar, as you've just called yourself one. Stings, huh?
Now, my question is for John Reuben. Since HLA has been "very transparent" in reporting the crimes that happen on its campus, which are plentiful, 3000 pages of violations, etc. in the ORS report, why did you send Max there knowing it was a very dangerous environment? Why did you send a glue-sniffer to a facility that houses sex offenders, rapists, pedophiles and parolees from juvie prisons?
And why did you think it appropriate to keep Max from visiting his dying mother or attending her funeral?

Not sure why you're asking Robert for this, Who. See your post above where you have already admitted HLA did starve kids. Since you already admitted that they did it and that you thought it was wrong, I'm not sure why you keep asking about it. Or were you lying then when you admitted they did it? Lying then, lying now, not sure which, but it's definitley one of the two. ; )
