Yes, folks, TheWho is a 60 year old veteran of the armed forces and he gets his kicks by trying to exploit familes with 'troubled teens' and degrading abuse survivors all day every day. Very honorable, Who. You do your country proud by bickering with an abuse victim and trying to 'out' his treatment plan. Not.

Will the bidders collectively share ownership this troll and its information? They could give it a daily quota of amends to make; in order for it to earn maintenance of their discretion.
If not will this play out like a slow reveal or will the identity of its corporeal form just be announced?

I'm not sure yet. I think rather than auctioning it. I'd rather just give it away so people here can at least identify by name the guy who has tormented them here for years. I've been giving som ket facts about him and maybe someone that's good at putting the pieces together can figure it out.
So far, 60 years old, Army vet, two sons, one went to ASR very early in its existence (graduated under Rudy Bentz) and loves data analysis about direct marketing.
Yes he made up the story about having a daughter at ASR. It was a son who allegedly comitted suicide after estranging himself from Whooter.

Sorry, correction to above, TheWho's son graduated in 2004, one year after Rudy left, but he spent four full years at ASR, a rarity.
