I took a quick look at the liens at http://www.gccca.org.  From an objective point of view, most of listed items seemed to be the same lien listed 6 or 7 times in a row for the exact same dollar amount. Some of the items were not liens but satisfaction of the liens.  90% of them seemed to be tax liens, many satisfied. I saw the big 400K one, too.  Does anyone know the CURRENT outstanding amount of liens? I just want an accurate, unbiased, point of view.

Yes there are repetitions.  The point made was that the liens were continuous throughout HLA's history, setting a clear pattern of choice in the financial governing and ever present financial instability of HLA.  It is ones perogativeto take 1-2 million a year in salary and management fees, but the IRS and State unfortunately expect taxes to be paid for that year.  So, one gets money in their own coffers and floats the taxes to the max.  Then one uses up The Chapel Fund to pay taxes and holds more events and sends out more letters to raise money for The Chapel Fund for more cushion. This is not objective, subjective or biased.  The current liens already filed or to be filed may be found at The Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court, but one needs "Pacer" to access court records.  Their is a meeting of Debtors at the end of this month.
