she was notified that this board exists.

a few bullets of what happened to her.

• staff members stole her clothing, and wore them daily. she made mention of it, and was beaten for it.
• forced to do labor at the oldtimers home.
• sleep depravation.
• not fed for days.
• attacked and held down at night while finally sleeping and having her hair cut off.
• forced to stand up, and not allowed to rest.
• moral inventories rewritten again and again, and again.
• forced to start over for walking outside with her little sister, who was also started over.
• neither did drugs, but were forced to say they did drugs. just like i had to.
* were psychologically, and physically abused on a daily basis.
• stood in front of the group before starting over, and called slut, whore, herpes infested whore, prostitute, and on and on. this -- to a virgin, that had great, loving friends, and a popular school life and destined for college scholarships.

and she was a mere 16.

these people need nothing less than to be tried for crimes, and executed.

i can't believe how much this still affects her life.

she has no relationship with her mother today, and went from being the sweetest child in the world, a straight A student, to missing one year of school being imprisoned at the seed, then finally running away from home at 17, to colorado, and then to hawaii where no seed person could catch her.

she is now a college graduate, and a business success story.

never returned to florida again.

Isn't it just amazing how some folk, my entire family included, simply unsee all that went on? Check out my recent exchange w/ Ft. Lauderdale over Robert Chun having been Art's body guard. He starts off accusing me of delusion because Art never had a body guard. Within about 4 exchanges he says that he, Ft. Lauderdale, actually was one of the body guards for a time because (and get this!) drug dealers were so threatened by Art's success at straightening out druggies that they were always going around shooting at him on the street!  :rofl:

Ok, I can understand how a young kid held captive in the program could at least partially believe this bullshit at the time. But it's been 30 years or so. WTF?????

That's how powerful these thought reform methods can be. And that answers the oft stated question of how they get away with it.

they are so diluted.

they believe their own lies. i guess its true that if you repeat something often enough - it becomes your reality.

the only accomplished, suicides, murders, and some - a mere few -- still believe that place "saved" them.

i liken art barker to hulon mitchell -- yahweh ben yahweh.

another psycho from south florida.

barker was a loser, d film extra, failed comedian, (nothing at the seed was funny at all), and an alcoholic.

he was even seen drinking at a poolside party a few years back.

he's a fucking loser.

Well who in right mind would send their kids to a place like that knowing this guys back ground? The thing is no one knew of his back ground, they all just figured he was legit, sucks, but he is a criminal, in many ways, Manson went to jail, but his hands did not spill blood,so tell me whats the difference???? I sure bet his hands spilled blood too fart barker.

Well its true that fart barker is an idiot, and it is true that parents who sent  those kids there are even more of an idiot for not doing a complete background on that jerk that invented that place for pure profit. And I repeat  art barker is a criminal. All close eyes now think about it,  your told your kids a druggie, and you know that the guy that is  saying this is a comedian/ drunk, i for one am a parent, and no one that is  a drunk that i never met would be watching my kids. Now how do i get these smileys to work. (hammers head)?????
