Is there any corroboration that MW was from Synanon besides that Lon Woodbury piece?

They told us the same bullshit.  Later I found out that CEDU really stood for = Charles E. Dietrich University.  Dietrich is the founder of Synanon. During the late 1970's several Synanon members were charged & convicted of attempted murder, and Charles E. Dietrich himself was later charged for ordering this crime (he pleaded guilty to lesser charges and avoided jail time).  After this happened, Mel Wasserman changed his story concerning how the name "CEDU" originated.
