It is a joyous day indeed! We can only hope this means that no other kids will have to suffer at their hands and HLA will shut down for good.

I do have to day that Bucci was smart though by moving everything into L&K Holdings, LLC. Oh snap - is the cat out of the bag?! Yes, we're keeping a close eye on you.

Does anyone want to take odds on where the tuition money went for the new student last week?  I will lay odds it wasn't deposited into HLA,INC.  And that poor family will never see their money. Planning this and still accepting money from that family is despicable.

With the rest of the gang, playing Motzart on deck while the titanic sinks.

As I said, you're all getting exactly what you deserve. You knew what this school was, you knew what was going on, you knew what the man behind it stood for, and now the chickens have come home to roost.

Ah... but this was to be expected, no? What other card could Buccellato possibly have played, to salvage what little pretenses are left?

Kudos to all who continued with their pressure over the years!

;D   Friends

Is this the end, or beginning?

Will we see more suits from parents who were deceived about HLAs solvency?

Is the IRS yet asking, "Where's the Beef"?
