As you all know by now, Newton LOST a case against him v. Rebecca Ehrlich & there is a new case against him by someone else we all know.  Well, there was a taped deposition of him being interviewed by a number of lawyers.  Well, it is public knowledge and is not a sealed record, and I viewed it today.

Kim, how public is that particular record? Could I, for example, make a digital copy and put it online? I think it would be of great benefit for survivors and the uninitiated alike. What's more, it would make the perfect response to groupers who frequently crash our parties and tell us to quit whining.

I would like to see it also.  It is very healing to see him subjected to scrutiny and to see him forced to defend his absurdities.  My local library has some of his books, and innocent parents are checking them out, not knowing what a charlatan he is.  Please post a link to it, or some way I can get a copy or view it.  Thanks sincerely.

Webmistress:
I am doing my best to get a copy of it ASAP.  And as soon as I do, I will put some of it online.  It is a VERY long deposition...(2 days) so I can't put it all up.  When I do get copies, I will find out about what all I can do with it.  I will keep you informed.

Hey str8isabuse,
I would take out those library books and write the web addresses to these anti-Newton/Kids/Straight etc. sites inside where people will see it.  Maybe with a caption like, "To find out the truth about this man go to..."

Did anyone spit in his face or slap his mouth shut or restrain him during his interview?
