Oh, yeah, that database already exists...it's called ISAC and it would run a lot smoother with donations. More facilities would be able to be included on the site, and more public education would be taking place as a result, if only more people would donate. I really never understood sinking money into a replica of said site (metaphorically speaking , of course). Why not boost one of the ones who have been around a long time, and have been instrumental in public education of many certain programs?
