These are allegedly programs operated by Drug Free America Foundation and further alleged to have been directly involved in election fraud in the 2004 election. What can we find under this rock?

IF you can stomach it, read thru the stuff at http://ambazonia.indymedia.org/en/2009/03/2190.shtml ... then tell the truth about why no signature, no sound legal language, but just ramblings of a clearly upset writer.

Yeah, I'm thinking this Fisher guy may well be a David Ike. However, there are other sources for the same info. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
