Night of the Long Knives
« on: March 26, 2009, 12:08:14 PM »
Since the panic set in at AARC back in the fall, they have been giving themselves the mother of all high colonic flushes.  The Wiz's step-daughter is out, despite her staggeringly impressive status as one of the foremost clinical practitioners in all of North America.   Any former clients reading this are encouraged to get their records now, as the AARColytes are going to have to purge any incriminating evidence.  Christine Lunn's AARC papers clearly state that she was deemed suicidal by AARC, but unfortunately for All About Receiving Cash, they chose, once again, to ignore the law and did not refer Christine to a mental health professional.  This sort of documentation is irrefutable in a court-room and as much as we all know that the Wiz is possessed of an understanding of addiction unique in the entire world, the courts might not see it the same way.  Speaking of the Wiz, for some reason he waddled his way down to the police station and filed a report in order to head off the litany of complaints against his staff that are developing as you read this.  The Wiz may have figured that the police would instantly recognize his omniscience and take his word, beforehand, that the girls were going to lie.  Sadly Dean-o, proclaiming your innocence before a complaint is made is often seen as an indication of guilt, and can raise the odd eye-brow.
Here are a few snaps of the bright and shinies at some of AARC's begathons.  These have been removed from AARC's media section, as wiser heads have pointed out that they demonstrate the undeniable conflict of interest for AARC's family of political pawns.  Notice the late and much lamented Paddy Meade in both.  Another member of note is former Chief of Police Jack Beaton.  Jim Dinning was also in attendence.  Jim's been on board since he and RK Dookie first brought AARC to Alberta when it was Kids of the Canadian West.  When I think of Dinning's role in bringing us AARC, I am reminded of Lloyd Christmas going out to buy essentials in Dumb and Dumber.

Formal requests sent via registered mail have been ignored.

How does one go about getting their records?

Call John Lojek at Lojek law.  He has all of the requested treatment files including yours.

Don't call John Lojek.  He is an AARC parent.  If you submit a request for records, do it in writing via registered mail.  Request that all records pertaining to your stay are released to you within 45 days.  If they do not comply with your request in 45 days, here is what to do:
"Individuals wishing to make a complaint about the improper handling of their personal information by a private-sector organization operating in Alberta should contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for Alberta by phoning 1-888-878-4044 or visit the Commissioner's web site at www.oipc.ab.ca for more information."

As long ago as October of '07 a story leaked out that Squeaky Luciano had pulled her client's records out of AARC.  This was never confirmed, and Squeaky blew town for the States within a couple of months.  If she did in fact take the records, then obviously All About Receiving Cash will not be able to provide them.
If AARC has indeed begun transferring the records of former clients to Lojek, I would also again suggest reporting this to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
The records are going to be redacted after the debacle in February, so anticipate every possible stalling tactic as those in the Bunker scramble to stop the totally unscientific practises used in All About Receiving Cash from seeing the light of day.
