Don't call John Lojek. He is an AARC parent. If you submit a request for records, do it in writing via registered mail. Request that all records pertaining to your stay are released to you within 45 days. If they do not comply with your request in 45 days, here is what to do:
"Individuals wishing to make a complaint about the improper handling of their personal information by a private-sector organization operating in Alberta should contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for Alberta by phoning 1-888-878-4044 or visit the Commissioner's web site at
www.oipc.ab.ca for more information."
http://pipa.alberta.ca/As long ago as October of '07 a story leaked out that Squeaky Luciano had pulled her client's records out of AARC. This was never confirmed, and Squeaky blew town for the States within a couple of months. If she did in fact take the records, then obviously All About Receiving Cash will not be able to provide them.
If AARC has indeed begun transferring the records of former clients to Lojek, I would also again suggest reporting this to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
The records are going to be redacted after the debacle in February, so anticipate every possible stalling tactic as those in the Bunker scramble to stop the totally unscientific practises used in All About Receiving Cash from seeing the light of day.
