« on: February 13, 2009, 12:44:55 PM »
WES PASSED ON TODAY AT 10:30 AM. IN VIRGINIA.
THERE ARE TOO FEW WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH WES HAS DONE. HE WILL BE FOREVER REMEMBERED AND TRULY MISSED.
REST IN PEACE DEAR FRIEND.
Samantka M Monroe.
My heart goes out to his family both near and extended.
If the family allows it. I will be attending the services. Any one coming from out of state (I'm in philly.) YOU HAVE A PLACE TO CRASH  :peace:

What Happened?

Never mind - I've read the second thread.

Such sad news.

I don't believe any of these forums or web pages would have come about so soon if it weren't for thestraights.com and A Clock Work Straight. Wes was supportive and helpful with me and other AARC survivors, and I am forever grateful for his work and what he's done to help all of us! Wes was ableto unite so many of us, from Synanon to AARC.

Thank you Wes!!!

I am out of words. What this one parent did for us is beyond measure. Words can not EVER describe my thanks to this gentle , caring man.
I am sure his one wish might be that we all work together to ensure justice, that we no longer give Straight what they want by simple infighting

Wes, you are loved by all and our gratitude can not be measured.

May you rest in peace

With all my heart
Marti

I just took a look at TheStraights.com and no one has updated it with information on Wes' passing. Hopefully one of his family will pass the torch to someone that can keep that sight alive. It is a valuable resource to many, in fact it is there that I learned of Fornits.

And again as many others have stated, Wes' passing is a sad thing, probably the only one's who are happy is Mel and Betty Sembler.

Rest in peace my friend.

 :peace:
