Are the parents or staff aware that HLA is facing foreclosure?

staff - probably.

but they have been told HLA is about to close about a thousand times....from the lawsuits, settlements, various campus incidents, low enrollment, the fire, etc...

they are so used to being told they are about to loose their jobs it means nothing to them anymore.

Parents - probably not

they are probably telling the parents that "it's just a minor financial hiccup tied to the current state economy and has nothing to do with the lawsuit, HLA will be back up on it's feet in no time [with your support  :twofinger: ]"  blah blah blah.

According to sources, the staff has not been told, the families have not been told, as of today.  I am sure Hollowhead and Stapps have been told of whatever
Buccellato has in place.  Maybe Kenneth Spooner Buccellato shall take it over, in name only, maybe not.  They all wouldn't attend the NATSAP meeting a few weeks back if they were going to fold.  Something is up.  And, they are making Berger and Montague look like fools, that are getting irritated.  Think about it,
it is almost laughable that not only did the staff have to find out through the "nugget" article, but, apparently,  so did Berger and Montague! Sweet.
