BUCCELLATOS LETTER TO ED. CONS
« on: March 05, 2009, 06:53:21 PM »
WEB OF LIES - WHEN SHALL IT STOP???

THIS WAS AN EXHIBIT ATTACHMENT OF A RESPONSE FILING BY THE PLAINTIFFS TODAY IN COURT...BUCCELLATO, FORMERLY A MASTER OF MANIPULATION, IS LOSING GROUND HERE.  HE IS CAUGHT IN HIS OWN WEB OF LIES WITH THE COURT AND OBVIOUSLY THE EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS. THE ED. CONS. NEED TO TAKE A HARD LOOK AT THEIR ESTEEMED GURU AND THEN, THEMSELVES.

HIDDEN LAKE ACADEMY IS NOT CLOSING!

TO:                    Educational Consultants

Date:                  February 27, 2009

I would like to personally thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support  during this most difficult restructuring period.  We are aware how unsettling the foreclosure notice that appeared in the Nugget must have been; undoubtedly causing you great concern and apprehension.

The simple and hard reality is; the current economic downturn in the financial world has caused all banks to review all of their loans.  The combination of the petition for a class action lawsuit filed in 2006, although court denied, and the fire in 2007 caused HLA great fiscal hardships.  However, our financial situation has dramatically improved, and our budget projections for our financial future are very positive once again.

BB&T has backed away from their foreclosure notice, and are now agreeable to consider refinancing options.  We are also pursuing other financial institutions in order to determine the best course of action for the future growth of Hidden Lake Academy.

Several of you have asked how you can help.  We are asking for your referral consideration whenever possible.  We are strongly committed to our future growth, and your continued support in our endeavor is crucial.

Again, I regret that this situation may have caused you concern.  Please, rest assure that our staff is committed to our students, and that our program has not changed or been diminished in any way.  We continue to provide the finest in academics, therapy, recreation and spiritual reflections.

Sincerely,

Len Buccellato

How? Why? Had there been a known and viable buyer in the wings, would they still have backed off?

In reading court papers that were filed by the palintiffs today, apparently BB&T has given Buccellato an extension for a couple months.  Court papers should be up soon.

This letter is a huge fucking joke. "The class was denied", yet he still owes four hundred thousand dollars. Mentally Len is gone, all the way gone into the downward spiral of denial. Looks like something took a big chunk out of whatever passed for his soul...

At what point is it possible to appeal a continued string of non-actions by a court?

Good question.  This is the court docket, since the minute class settlement.

Wait. If there was a writ of execution actually issued, how the hell do the plaintiffs not have their money yet?

Everything is sitting with Judge O'Kelley, thank heavens it isn't with Judge Shoob.
