Somebody should call them and see if this was a PSA or a paid ad. Either way, are they false advertising?

Just under the radio station banner taking up the top half of that page, click the button titled "The Region"... THIS is what you get (I think the PFC ad is #20 on that list). You can see that there is all kinds of stuff there...
