Well, this is getting almost comical now... Buccellato attorneys filed an answer to the plaintiffs motion, basically stating he has every intention of paying the settlement, once HLA refinacing comes through... as there are no funds, citing enrollment being down, and blah, blah, blah. F-U-N-N-Y! Silly boy, just locate the now defunct Chapel Fund...
Let us see where the backbone lies... sanctions??? Doubtful...

Here is Buccellatto's answer to the motion (pdf format)

Len is , as o f December 31, in default regarding the settlement o f the class action suit brought by
the parents o f various former HLA students . Apparently , he doesn't have the money to pay the
plaintiffs; or he has simply chosen to treat t hem as he does all o f his creditors. But don't let a
little thing like tha t stop you from recommending his school to parents who have hired y o u for
professional guidance. Nothing else he's done has bothered you , so why should this?

In his answer to the court, Buccellatto states the Hidden Lake Foundation, Inc was started in 2005 to raise funds to build a Chapel. #4. #9 Buccellato states that Hidden Lake Foundation, Inc. NEVER had funds to cover the 400,000. settelement. Pergury right there. Time to take another look see at his non-profit filings.... IRS, it's in the 990's....hidden, but not that difficult to locate. It is what is not THERE. Perhaps full immunity for Bill Gray and it is over. Maybe subpeona the board member of Hidden Lake Foundation, Ic. who reportedly told Bucceallto to put the Chapel Funds back when the Class suit was filed.
