Emergency situation! Kids being forced from their home!

Another update.  They're coming back to take the kids before Christmas.  Does anyone know any Virginia family law attorneys?

Ugh. This is just awful! And you know that the more money Virginia spends flying folks back and forth to Oregon, the less likely they will be to back down, and truly look at what is best for the kids in question.

Yeah it sounds like they have to justify their expenditures at this point by taking the kids.

STEPHANIE JOHNSTON IS LIVING OFF THE SYSTEM AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS.  HER AND HER HUSBAND HAVE LIED TO THE COMMUNITY.  tHEY HAVE NOT PAID THEIR RENT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.  NOR HAVE THE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH ANY PART OF THEIR RENTAL CONTRACTS.  HOW CAN THEY BE TRUSTED WITH ANYTHING ELSE WHEN THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED WITH SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE THIS.

They are living off the system. They have not paid my rent and moved before I could evict them. Then they moved to Beaverton on Misty Ct and they were evicted as well with them. If anybody knows where they are, I and others are in need of an address to pursue the lawsuits!.  I will find them. What they are doing is Aggrevated Theft.
