why did heal cut off ties with isac? i am curious about the rationale. Anyone like to tell me? Or is this info only privy in the secret, invisible forum?

Seem to me if you think it was HEAL that cut of ties then you should ask HEAL.
Then if you would like the real version you may want to consult ISAC
