Sue doesn't actually mention Carey Bock by name in her book. She also completely fails to mention her 11.3 million dollar suit was originally won with Carey not even in the court room as she was busy moving after Hurricane Katrina.
The first appeal was turned down, but I understand Carey is still fighting it.
