Re. Straight, Inc. description on Board Index, and anal-retentive proof-reading thereof:

•  non-functional HTML tags attached to title
•  uh...Pathyway?    ;D
•  as long as you are correcting the above, you might also want to put a period after that second "Inc." in the description (well...maybe ya don't, and that's okay too)[/list]

Also, evil devil emoticon does not appear for me; i.e., this guy:  >:D

psy:
Thank you, Ursus.  It's fixed now.  As for the little Devil emoticon... does it not work if you click on it  >:D ?

hmm.. doesn't work for me either.  Will fix.

Ursus:
And 'evil devil' is now fixed! Thanks!!

Re. links within posts:  It used to be that when you clicked a link, it would open in a new tab/page/screen. Currently, clicking the link supplants the current screen, taking you away from the original.

I rather prefer the way it used to be, since often I am comparing information, or, at the very least, perusing with a certain frame of reference...

Is this something that I can tweak in my profile on the control panel? Or is this state of affairs fornits-wide, across the board?

Froderik:
My guess is it's a browser setting.

Hmm... Other sites I visit do not seem to be thus affected, only fornits. Sometimes a site will open a new tab, sometimes supplant the current page with the linked-to one, it depends on the site/page/type of link. It would appear that this is something along the lines of code used to create links directly on the page itself?

Previously, internal links (within fornits) would supplant the current screen, if I remember correctly. But external ones, i.e., links to another site, would open a new tab. That seems to be SOP on other sites as well.
