I have to disclose now that I have very little time to participate on this message board, as much as I would like to. But I was invited to share some information with you all, particularly regarding Ken Huey, West Ridge Academy, and Proficio.
Just to be clear:
Proficio Management company is
fully owned and operated by West Ridge Academy. Proficio reported a net loss of around $37,000 in fiscal year 2007, however their assets are reported to be in excess of 5 million dollars.
Ken Allen, the Exec. Director of West Ridge Academy (Sen. Chris Buttars replacement) receives a salary from both West Ridge Academy and Proficio Management.
West Ridge Academy is significantly more connected with the Mormon Church than WWASP.

A reporter has
recently pointed to a connection between Senator Chris Buttars and Proficio Management.West Ridge Academy is an abusive facility. Those that operate the other Proficio franchises are longtime West Ridge Academy employees. Ken Huey is the only Proficio franchise director that can be called a "doctor." The rest of the leadership consists of businessmen with little-to-no experience working with youth.
West Ridge Academy/Proficio Management actively engages in libel towards their former students (see
this short film) and have never hesitated to put forth dishonest, misleading, and inflammatory information in response to criticism.
